Los Alcázares Town Council sets up information and advice point for those affected by storm Alice and the drinking water cut

ARCHIVED ARTICLE -

The aim is to support residents, businesses and homeowners' associations affected by Storm Alice and the water supply interruption, helping them access available aid and report any damage

Los Alcázares Town Council sets up information and advice point for those affected by storm Alice and the drinking water cut
Los Alcázares Town Council has opened an information and advice point to assist individuals, businesses and homeowners' associations affected by the drinking water cut or by the effects of the DANA Alice. The service is located in the lobby of the town hall building and will be open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 2pm and from 5pm to 7pm.

Through this service, residents can receive guidance and support for two main types of procedures:

1. Helplines for those affected by DANA Alice

Anyone who has suffered damage to their property or business as a result of storm “Alice” in Los Alcázares can collect the relevant forms to be sent to the Government Delegation. Please note that applications must be submitted within one month from the official publication date.

All information and forms are available on the municipal website in Spanish: DANA 2025 Helplines – Los Alcázares Town Council

2. Forms for reporting expenses and damages caused by the drinking water cut

Following the drinking water cut that affected Los Alcázares after the DANA on October 11, the Town Council has made three information forms available for residents, businesses and homeowners' associations. These forms are intended to gather details of any extraordinary expenses or damages suffered.

Although these forms are not direct aid requests, they will allow the Town Council to formally request the Mancomunidad de Canales del Taibilla to establish a compensation fund for affected citizens, businesses and communities.

The forms can be found on the municipal website in Spanish: Expenses and damages due to the DANA drinking water cut-off October 2025 – Los Alcázares Town Council

All documents can be submitted in person at Los Alcázares Town Council or online via the electronic service.
