The 2026 FarmFoods European Senior Masters Golf Championship - 5th-8th November
Promoted by Champions (UK) plc, and part of the Legends Tour, La Manga Club’s biggest commercial golf event returns to the 5-star resort's iconic south course for the fifth consecutive year.
The start of the championship will be marked by an exclusive, invitation-only, Gala dinner at the Grand Hyatt hotel on Thursday 5th November, with international opera star Lesley Garrett, CBE (pictured, below), providing a memorable finale.
A record prize fund of €400,000 and an impressive winner's cheque of €60,000 are sure to attract a field of high profile professional golfers; plus an ever growing list of international and local sponsors, including FarmFoods, the event title sponsor, Computacenter, CocaCola, The La Manga Club Grand Hyatt hotel, Air Services, Murcia Today, TKO Radio and La Manga Life, the premier lifestyle magazine of the La Manga Club resort.The event will start with practice days on 3rd and 4th November. The professional and Pro-Am competitions will tee off on Thursday 5th November, with the final round of the professional championship taking place on Sunday, 8th November. The €60,000 first prize will be presented to the winner at the prize presentation, which will be held on the 18th green at approximately 3pm.
Pro-Am prizes will be presented at an invitation-only evening Buffet dinner on Saturday 7th November, which will be held on the spectacular terrace of the Grand Hyatt hotel, overlooking the south course. Once again, Lesley Garrett, CBE, will be adding her magic to the occasion.
SKY SPORTS Golf will show La Manga Club at its best and air vox pop interviews during the event, while extended coverage of the 2026, FarmFoods, European Senior Masters will be broadcast worldwide via a post-event TV special.
Last year saw record crowds, and there is already huge interest in November’s event. So, watch out for more news updates in September.
